With the rapid development of economic globalization, countries are in a constant process of opening up, foreign-funded enterprises participate in the global market competition. As the largest developing country,China has rich resources and vast market.In order to promote economic development,China provides preferential foreign policy to attract foreign investment.Many foreign companies enter the Chinese market.Foreign direct investment increased every year.But excessive foreign direct investment would affect industrial safety.Corn industrial safety relates to China’s food security,we need to be vigilant about foreign direct investment of corn industry.How to use foreign investment and prevent foreign companies monopolize market,it’s worth of further study.This thesis combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,to investigate the foreign direct investment affecting China’s corn industry security.Firstly.This thesis analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment in China’s Corn Industry,by analyzing the motives of foreign direct investment, reveals the way of foreign direct investment affect corn industry security.Foreign direct investment through the way of capital extrusion, technical control, market monopoly to control corn industry.thereby affect industrial safety.Secondly,this thesis uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis to estimate the security situation of corn industry.Then,comparative analysis foreign direct investment of corn industry and soybean industry,proposed institutional arrangements to maintain corn industry safety.Finally,put forward suggestions.Novelty of this thesis lies in the following aspects:firstly,on the basis of previous studies,comprehensive analysis the way of foreign direct investment affect corn industry safety,pointed out the negative impact of foreign direct investment in the corn industry security.Secondly,this thesis attempts to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis to assess the safety status of China’s corn industry.Thirdly,this thesis comparative analysis foreign direct investment of corn industry and soybean industry,summary institutional arrangements to deal with foreign direct investment from the state, industry and enterprise levels.
