The research on the influential factors of cooperative performance is an important topic in the performance research. Cooperative performance is the most pervasive variable in enterprises cooperative behavior. It is also the basic of company performance, which is playing an important role on the management. The influence of the relationship factor in the cooperation performance is gaining more and more attention, and the buyer-supplier relationship is a major factor to measure the buyer and supplier in the upper supply chain. However, only a few researches are carried out on this affecting direction and degree, in particular, the research about cooperation as medi-variable is less more. The purpose of this paper is to exam the relationship between them based on diverse of different areas in China.According to the supply chain management theories, this article proposed hypothetic. Then this paper proposed the hypothetic model of buyer-supplier relationships affected cooperative performance of buyer through different cooperation path, taking cooperation as the medi-variable, studies the interaction mechanisms among these variables. And this paper further discussed the cooperative performance affecting path of trust, information sharing, commitment and dependent through different cooperation path. The empirical study used item analysis exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, letter analysis, confirmation factorial analysis, structural equation model (SEM) and multiple regression analysis to study the relationships among these variables. And this study used the SPSS and AMOS to check out the results. What's more, based on the enterprise scale and lifecycle from control variables, four fitness SEMs are compared, so policy and strategic advice about firms of different scale and lifecycle are found through comparing direct and indirect impact of different path.The finding indicated trust affected cooperative performance through direct cooperation and indirect cooperation, information sharing affected cooperative performance through direct cooperation, commitment affected it through indirect cooperation, but dependence affecting cooperative performance wasn't prominence. Buyer-supplier relationships of SMEs and large enterprises affecting cooperation were different, and affecting path was different. And buyer-supplier relationships of venture-growth enterprises and autumn enterprises affecting cooperation were different, and affecting path was different.
