In recent years, with the rapid scientific and technological development, the acceleration of economic globalization process and the intensifying trend of individualized and diversified demand, the competition between enterprises is increased and the uncertainty of market demand is increased dramatically. Enterprises are in an increasingly dynamic and complex business environment. Therefore, Enterprises can no longer rely solely on their own strength to deal with the fierce competition; they should draw strength from supply chain and integrate the resources of vantage of all member companies to build the overall competitive edge. They must abandon the traditional business management pattern of vertical integration and adopt the modern supply chain business management pattern. The core of supply chain management is cooperation , which is that, through cooperation, related enterprises in the supply chain achieve complementary advantages, enhance the quality of cooperative relations between enterprises, thus enhancing cooperation to achieve win-win performance. It is theoretically and practically worthwhile to study the relations between enterprises'collaborative activities, relational quality and cooperation performance and to examined whether the relation quality has a mediating effect in the relationship between the collaborative activities and cooperative performance. On the basis of profound analysis of the related theories of collaborative activities, relationship quality and cooperative performance from both home and abroad, the present study treat the quality of the relationship as a mediator, building an integrated model of the relationship between collaborative activities and cooperative performance. The author referred to existed inventory and designed a questionnaire; took the manufacturing enterprises of China as the study subject; collected data through two phases: small-sample investigation and large-sample investigation. Then the researcher tested the reliability and validity of the data collected from the questionnaire, carried out empirical analysis of the relationship between collaborative activities, relationship quality and cooperative performance through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result suggests that: (1) Specific asset investment dimensionality has significant positive influence over Commitment and insignificant influences over Trust. The information sharing dimensionality has significant Positive impact over Commitment and Trust. Joint relationship effort has significant positive impact over Trust and insignificant impact over Commitment. (2)Trust has significant impact over Commitment. (3) Relationship quality has significant impact over cooperative performance. Among them, the impact of Trust on cooperative performance is much larger than that of Commitment. (4) Collaborative activities not only has significant direct influence over cooperative performance, but also indirect influence over it through relationship quality with relationship quality acting as mediator. In the end, the author put forward some solutions and suggestions on the basis of the result of this empirical study.
