The state-of-the-arts of industrialization of soil and water conservation in Yanhe River Basin are investigated by using qualitative and quantitative method on the basis of field research and collecting real data. The achievements and problems of industrialization of soil and water conservation are discussed. The mathematical models are proposed to evaluate the present state of industrialization of soil and water conservation. The countermeasures are presented to promote industrialization of soil and water conservation in Yanhe River Basin. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) The connotation, theoretical basis, implementing approaches and practical experiences of industrialization of soil and water conservation are investigated, which contributes to put forward the countermeasures of industrialization of soil and water conservation in Yanhe River Basin.(2) The state-of-the-arts of industrialization of soil and water conservation in Yanhe River Basin are investigated, including rebuilding progress, ecological, economical and social benefits achieved, capacity of soil and water conservation, and open question.(3) The mathematical models are proposed to evaluate the state-of-the-arts of industrialization of soil and water conservation of Yanhe River Basin. The results show that the industrialization of soil and water conservation of Yanhe River Basin is in the medium level.(4) The countermeasures to promote industrialization of soil and water conservation in Yanhe River Basin are proposed based on the practical status and evaluation results. |
