Currently, there's fierce competition in the field of drying equipment and opportunity and risk are coexistent. ShangHai Xinma Bio-Sci&Tech Co. Ltd.(Xinma for short), as a professional corporation on low temperature fast dynamic dryer, gives less bankroll than traditional factory on dryer in prophase though, and faces a lot of trouble similarly. The corporation, laboratory and institute etc relating to food, medicine and health products are primary potential clients of Xinma. And it's evident that the success of the dryer field depends on the prosperity of them. How to open up the market rapidly, increase market share furthest and earn profit is a actual problem imminently facing to the huge commercial chanceBased on dryer market of China, this paper analyses the environment of it and the supply and demand of dryer with PEST method. The AST series dryer, marketing chance and menace, inner advantage and inferior position is researched with SWOT theory. And the marketing actuality is introduced detailedly. In this paper, based on the theory of market segmentation and positioning and combining 4P theory a series of marketing projects for new dryer factorys are presented.
