Due to the important implementation and application in military and society,satellite navigation and positioning system has become an important driving force for social and economic development and information construction since its birth.China launched the Beidou satellite navigation system development and construction in 1994,with the Beidou satellite space-based global networking expand steadily,China's Beidou satellite navigation industry has entered a high-speed,leap forward development stage.The main products for RT Company are systems,applications which related to the Beidou navigation.At present,RT Company is facing the rapid development of the Beidou industry opportunities and all kinds of threats from the competitors.It is urgent to form the company's unique competitive advantage to clear market position and carry out the market strategy in the fierce competition market.In this paper,the author aimed at different perspectives to solve the current problems for the company.By using the literature analysis,theoretical analysis and practical research combination to analyze the company's Beidou related products to define its market position.What's more,the author also take the PEST analysis and SWOT matrix analysis to analyze the company's internal and external environment to find the best solution to segment the company's market.
