Research On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Microfinance In China

Practice shows that microfinance is not only an effective anti-poverty means that can help poor farmers to develop agricultural production and get rid of poverty, but also a new rural financial institution, which has relieved the tensity in the supply and demand situation of rural finance, promoted the development of "Three Dimensional Rural Issues"and the reform of rural financial system. However, because there are still many deep-seated contradictions and problems have not been resolved, rural microfinance is not going well, let alone the sustainable healthy development. In view of the fact, basing on the agricultural development and capital impetus principles of Marx-economics, rural financial development theory of Western Economics and the policies successively devised by the Party Central Committee for developing rural microfinance, this thesis uses scientific methods, such as logical deduction, inductive inference, macro-analysis, micro-analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the evolutional courses of the development of our rural microfinance and evaluate the positive achievements of rural microfinance objectively. Then, it focuses on exploring the obstacles to the further development of rural microfinance in the respects including institution, management, technique, risk prevention, determination of interest rates, capital, legal safeguards and financial regulation, so that it puts forward the material countermeasures concerning the establishment and improvement of the operational mechanism inside rural microfinance and optimization of the external circumstance for the sustainable development of rural microfinance.
