Mainland China area and the Taiwan area successively the member which and on January 1, 2002 becomes the World Trade Organization to December 11, 2001. Moreover the World Trade Organization is the nowadays most important international economics and trade organization, usually has "the economics and trade United Nations" the name. Financial service industry is in the world the majority advanced countries key industry, is most widespread by the bank service industry and the social relation. The service trade total agreement is the international most main service trade standard, bank service industry is one of its standard service industries.
