From Voluntary To Coercive-Regrets And Solutions Of Exit Management Of Affordable Houses

Affordable houses play an important role in China Housing Guarantee System. They devote a lot on settling the housing problem of low-income families in urban areas. The appearance of affordable houses system just only ten more years in China, although it is improving continuously, there is a great disparity between people's expectation and this system. From the aspect of exit management of affordable houses, the author considers that the manner of exit management of affordable houses system is the same, which is voluntary way in different phases. This voluntary way has a great disadvantage. Meanwhile, it is also the main cause that affordable houses system cannot reach the expected aim. It is inevitable to realize the exit management from voluntary to coercive. For the smooth change of manner of exit management, this paper will design the coercive exit management.
