| At present, the sustainable development is been used as one of economy and society main strategies by Xinjiang province, the urgent demand is studying a set of the index sign system and evaluation model that can evaluate the sustainable development level of district economy of our province.First, based on the sustainable development and the regional economics theories, put forward a more completely definition of" the sustainable development of regional ".Second, according to circumstance of Xinjiang, applied Systems Theory,Stratificationand Method,PSR model,established a more targeted and more workable system of indicators.Third, Using Principal Component Analysis and coordination functions,carried on the horizontal and vertical evaluation of Xinjiang regional model of sustainable development level, quantitative evaluation of the results obtained. Finally,put forward the countermeasure and suggestion in an all-round way in the strategic emphasis field of sustainable development evaluation index system .Papers established by the sustainable development and evaluation system model, can appraise to the sustainable development level in the area regularly,offer basis on which make policy further. The countermeasure and suggestion can offer reliable reference to making policy. Suggestions on both purely for Xinjiang's economic policy-making, but also for other provinces and cities to implement sustainable development to provide useful lessons. |
