Study On The Index System Of Sustainable Development In Yunnan Province

This treatise studies the sustainable development of Yunnan province, in this paper we discussed the theory which is based on sustainable development index system and combined with the actual situation of Yunnan province, then established the index system of sustainable development in Yunnan province. Using the factor analysis method we analysis the data from 2003 to 2013 of Yunnan province and carried on the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development situation. According to the result of factor analysis and puts forward some SuggestionsThis treatise firstly introduces the definition of sustainable development and strategic positioning and strategic planning, in Yunnan province as the research foundation, make the research more in line with the actual situation of Yunnan province. Secondly it introduces the research achievements of regional sustainable development, as a graduate student and the theoretical basis of the theory behind the background; then according to the sustainable development index system of the specified norms and principles, purpose, conciseness, systemic principle and method, established the characteristics in Yunnan province, the local social and economic sustainable development index system. It consists of four layers, the first layer for the sustainable economic development, social sustainable development, environmental resources and tourism sustainable development and ecological sustainable development, on the second floor contains eight indicators, and three layer contains 40 indicators.In order to see social and economic sustainable development index system of Yunnan province each subsystem and the status of the comprehensive, this article uses the factor analysis method to comprehensive index system of social and economic sustainable development in Yunnan province is analyzed. At the time of make a comprehensive analysis, this paper, by using factor analysis method to establish the index for sustainable economic development, social sustainable development and environmental sustainability index, index of the sustainable development of ecological tourism four index and comprehensive index of sustainable development in Yunnan province, based on the sustainable development of Yunnan in recent 10 years were analyzed. The main conclusion is: the Yunnan province in recent 10 years in Yunnan province, the harmonious and healthy and rapid development of economy and society, and the last two years the development speed is more quickly. And ecological subsystem and tourism changed obviously in 2012-2013, influenced by the sustainable development of Yunnan province comprehensive development speed is slow, the hair is not only reflected in Yunnan tourism and ecological backwards in recent years, also from the side that tourism and ecological subsystem for the influence of the social and economic sustainable development in Yunnan province. Subsystem development trend of environmental resources and economic and social present certain negative correlations, obviously, fall in 2003-2006 with 2007, 2008, 2009, slow economic development, the environment has certain improvement, but the 09 accelerated economic environment subsystem and bad gradually, after nearly two years since the government increasing spending on environmental governance and improved. As a whole, the sustainable development of Yunnan province situation is relatively good, particularly in terms of social, economic, the trend of accelerated development, but still should pay attention to environmental protection and the development of ecological tourism.Finally,On the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of the results, the social and economic sustainable development in Yunnan province, this paper puts forward some Suggestion on urban sustainable development in the end.
