Analysis Of Development Situation And Predominate Factors Of Individual And Priviate Ecomony In Inner Mongolia

As important components of the Chinese socialist market economy, individual and private and other non-public ownership economy play an important role in promoting economic growth, flourishing the urban and rural markets, stimulating social investment, increasing revenue and improving the income of residents in urban and rural areas. In recent years, in order to encourage, support and guide non-public economy development, Inner Mongolia implement every policy measure, which is announced by the country and the autonomous regional party committee and government to speed up development of the non-public economic. And now the individual and private economy has developed greatly and become the important force to promote the region economic development. However, according to the development of the status quo, we are still lag behind other developed regions because of the small scale, no overall advantages, operators of low quality and single and limited financing channels.Based on the comparative analysis of regional factors on individual and private economic development, this paper puts forward proposals to address the above issues. Namely: to promote individual and private economic development by the development of regional characteristics of special industries; to provide favorable protection for the individual and private economic development through the cultivation of entrepreneurship and contingent building of entrepreneurs; to focus on the choice and the orientation of industry and lay a good foundation for development.
