Study On Working Management For The Constructional Engineering In Construction Process

In recent years,there was a great development in the projects of constructional engineering particularly in heavy construction. But at the same time,these had happened the risks like the over of time limit for the projects,the overspending of the construction cost and the accident in quality and safety. It indicated that our acknowledge of risk in the constructional engineering was not enough. Now,we urgently need to study it in theories and then put it into prectice,because of the target of the research on integreation of technology,enconomy and environment was hard to get. Our analytical study in the risk of the constructional engineering was at the very outset,and our works were still stayed in the stage of qualitative investigation and half-qualitative investigation.This paper thoroughly dicussed the risk analysis and the model of judgement in the constructional engineering and we summarized the discipline of risk's distribution in the project. Details in Our work included that:1 .We put forward the risk analysis and the model of judgement, which contained evaluation criterion of the risk and the discussion in the kinds of the accident in the constructional engineering at the builading time.2.We generalized the rules in distribution between the directly economic losses,the construction period's prolonging,the durability losses and the environment damage, particularly in distribution of possibility on risk ratio in construction period, after we had deeply investagated the construction organization,the design organization and the scientific research unit.3.Our work povided scientific theories's foundation in quantitative analiysis during the construction period in the engineering.The research findings was on the basis of practical application of the projects,so in the future these findings will povide the guiding lines to the large scale projects'decision in the face of risk in our country.
