Research On Risk Identification And Control Of Agricultural Land Transfer With Different Participating Subjects

In recent years,the central government has emphasized the development of moderate scale operations in agriculture in a number of important documents,and encouraged farmers to transfer land management rights to large planting and breeding,fanners' professional cooperatives,family farms,and agricultural enterprises to develop various forms of modernity.agriculture.Moderate scale operation is the main form of developing modern agriculture,and the transfer of farmland is an important prerequisite for the development of moderate scale operations.In response to the spirit of the national document,Taigu County actively promoted the transfer of rural land management rights,developed moderate scale operations,and continued to struggle for the development of modern agriculture,the realization of agricultural efficiency and farmers' income.In the form of questionnaires and interviews,this paper first understands the basic situation of farmland transfer in Taigu County,A total of 279 survey data on farmland inflows and outflows were collected.The content relates to the basic information of the transfer object,the transfer period,the transfer fee,the use of the transfer,the form of the transfer agreement,etc.And then based on the grounded theory,identifies the risks arising from the transfer of farmland from the interview texts of different subjects and subjects,including natural disaster risks.,land fertility decline risk,business risk,contract risk,agricultural policy risk,life security risk,non-standard flow risk,transfer information asymmetry risk,land loss risk,credibility risk,agro-ecological risk.Then according to the risk control method,comed with the national policy and the local situation,the case analysis of the farmland circulation risk exposed by different local participants is carried out.Finally draw conclusions and concise recommendations.
