The basic characteristic of modern enterprises system is clearly established ownership,well defined power and responsibility,separation of enterprise from administration,and scientific management.Finding and designing a scientific stimulation mechanism which matches enterprises themselves is a core content of a enterprise management,particularly a core content of human resource management.In modern enterprises,stimulation ability is the most challenging ability for managers.It bases not only on deep sciencifical theories,but also on art.Stimulation can mostly make the employees develop their technique,scoop out the their potential,and raise the competition ability of the enterprise.As an action to mobilize people's positivity,stimulation has existed for a long time.With the rapid development of our society,more and more enterprises have come to realize that person with ability is such a resource which is more important than substantial resource or technical resource. Person with ability is the biggest wealth to an enterprise.The stimulation of human resource is most important,both to the body of our enterprises and to the managers or employees in different parts.So stimulation is an eternal topic in enterprises.Stimulation has already been the key factor deciding enterprise success or failure.The most basic purpose of carrying out stimulation in enterprise is to guide employee job motivation correctly,make them realize themselves' need while attaining organization's objectives,increase their degree of satisfaction,thus make their enthusiasm and creativeness continue to keep and promote.This paper contains the ways of deduction,comparison,demonstration and so on.It summarized and analyze the stimulation theory and stimulation factors in west countries,on this basis,combining the environment and needs of morden enterprises,and then concluding stimulation mechanism. This paper includes three parts of all.First,summarized and analyze the stimulation theory and stimulation factors in west countries;Second,on this basis,combining the environment and needs of morden enterprises,and then concluding stimulation mechanism.After that,analyze stimulation mechanism in the way of dynamic state and static state;In the end,analyze the stimulation mechanism of a private enterprise.The innovation of this paper is that attending to the growth of employees.Although there have been so many documents and writings for human resources,more and more problems come forth in practicality.Mary enterprises are up against shortage,losing and of person with ability. However,we know that as the core content of human resources,there are many questions in stimulation.This paper is a conclusion and innovation in stimulation mechanism and stimulation theory.I hope it can helps modern enterprises solve some problems in human resources,and then,win-win situation of both enterprises and their employees will come true.
