The successful enterprises in the world depend upon the struggle of their staff, the successful enterprise operators realizes in practice that they must unite the staff together closely, stimulate their enthusiasm and potential ability. In such way they'll combine their wisdom, ability and demands with the enterprise's development targets, so the enterprises will develop quickly and healthily. Staff's quality and vigor have become the basic power for the development of enterprise, as the core of the human resources encouragement staff stimulation has become an important factor which will decide success or failure of an enterprise. Nowadays more and more enterprises view staff stimulation as the core of human resources management and a strategic question in the management. However, being restricted by the economic level and people's ideological concept in our country, there're several shortcomings in the SOE such as Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, additionally our research in the staff's stimulation mechanism, which is relatively backward and started late. And there're so many imperfect places that the staff's enthusiasm and the potential has not displayed fully, all of which will affect enterprise's normal development. Based on the above reasons, this article has carried on systematical analysis and research to the stimulation mechanism and the related questions in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation. On the basis of this, the article has probed into the staff's stimulation patterns.The aims of the article are to probe into the principles, patterns and methods in staff stimulation in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation through researching the related contents, which will provides basis and reference for the enterprise staff stimulation mechanism's formulation. Firstly, this article generally describes the background and the domestic and foreign research present situation of the staff stimulation, then discusses the definition, the pattern and the strategy of the staff stimulation, finally according to the analysis about the present situation of the staff's encouragement mechanism in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and the"humanist"principles, this article has tried to design and construct the patterns of the staff stimulation and proposes the implementation measures in staff stimulation.This article believes that the staff stimulation mechanism's design is a systematic engineering, which includes staff stimulation, achievements inspection system, restraint mechanism, enterprise culture stimulation, organization aims and individual factors. In the application of the stimulation methods, we should introduce the flexible thought. It means that there's no irrevocable and universal suitable stimulation method. When the enterprise chooses the stimulation patterns and methods, different objects and environment should be taken into consideration and the stimulation method should be adjusted continually according to different objects and environment. The enterprises should adopt the pointed and personalized methods in different situations,Which can display the staff's enthusiasm and creativity fully, realize their personal value and achieve enterprise's aims.This article closely centers on the main line --"the staff stimulation"to launch the elaboration and the research, it has found that there're several shortcomings in the staff's encouragement mechanism in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation through the comparative analysis of the present situation of the staff's encouragement mechanism. All of these caused a tendency among the staff that they can't restrain themselves, be grateful to others, make full contribution to their business and cherish the substances in the company. Finally, it has produced adverse effects on enterprise's healthy development. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the research in the staff stimulation mechanism in our company. Although the research in the article is preliminary and shallow in level, I believe that it can be used for reference in the research of the present research situation of the SOE's staff stimulation. The whole article can be divided into six parts:I This part generally introduces this background of the research and the significance of the topic, the present situation in domestic and foreign research field, the research techniques adopted, the stream of the thoughts and the paper structure. All of these pave the way for the followings.II This part mainly introduces the related theories in the staff stimulation and the basic idea of flexible stimulation, which is the foundation of the article.III The main introduction and analysis about the definition, method and strategy of staff stimulation.IV This part respectively analyzes the present situation of staff stimulation in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation.V According to the research and the analysis about the present situation, this part proposes the principles of design of the staff stimulation in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and constructs the patterns.VI This part puts forward the implementation measures of staff stimulation in Qilu Petroleum and Chemical Corporation.
