Improvement Scheme Of Recycling Channel For Waste And Used Household Electrical Appliances Based On The Analysis Of Consumer Recycling Behavior

With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, the quantity of waste and used household electrical appliances (WUHEA) become more and more in our country, and result in the unpredictable disserves against the society and the environment. With the efforts of the government and enterprises for many years, the issue has been resolved to some extent. However, lots of WUHEA can't be entered into the legal recycling channels, so that it needs to research on consumer behavior of recycling WUHEA. The recycling channel which is obsolete doesn't stimulate the enthusiasm in consumers to attach themselves to the activity of recycling WUHEA. Therefore, the research of consumer behavior of recovery is extremely important and very urgent.Based on the existing research, the consumer behavior of recycling WUHEA is analyzed and the recycling channels of WUHEA are improved. Looking the full text, the main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Based on summarizing the relative literatures, from the point of view of influence factors and analysis methods of consumer behavior of recycling wasted-and-used products(WUP) as well as the enhancement of collection rate by analyzing consumer behavior of recycling WUP the review of the research on consumer behavior of recycling WUP is summarized. The shortcomings of existing research on the problem are pointed out and the research ideas of this dissertation linking with the characters of consumers in our country are put forward.(2) The foreign survey of the behavior of recycling WUP are aggregated ,in terms of the interrelated literature, and then the questionnaire of understanding the consumer behavior of recycling WUHEA is made. After making the forecast, a formal survey is gone along. Through adopting the software of SPSS13.0, this paper makes a statistical analysis and researches the consumer behavior of recycling WUHEA.(3) Establish the triad model, and construe the existing recycling channels of WEEE. In the end, the problems of channel are discovered.(4) Integrate the factor in social, ethical, political, economic and technical aspect, and use the network of recycling wasted paper and glass/plastic bottle in the developed countries and of recycling WUHEA in our country. Apply the method of morphological analysis to design three feasible improving project of the recycling channels of WEEE. Thereby, it would provide certain reference to effective recycling of WUHEA.(5) On the basis of the goal of recycling WUHEA, it prepares the evaluating indices of project of recycling channels of WUHEA from the technical, economic, environmental and operational aspects. According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the projects are compared to choose the best project. Furthermore, the variety of measures to ensure the implement of the best project are put forward.
