Study On Pricipal-Agent Problem And Risk Governance In Group Informationization Project

Group informationization projects, which with the features of large scale and highly complex, have faced so many uncertainties and risks. Because of the limits of technology capacity, more and more third-party agents joined in the group informationization projects, which caused information asymmetry. So how to prevent risks from principal-agent problem and build its governance system is one of the main problems that the group should be sloved.For above factors, this paper took the CM GROUP informationization project as research background, in which consultants, suoervisor and system integrator are participated. On the base of principal-agent theory, this paper studied the relationship between principal and agents in group informationization project and its risk governance mechanism. It defined the principal-agent relationship of group informationization project as a two-double hierarchy structure, and then built the risk model, analyized the key factors which affected the effort intensity of agents.On the foundation of principal-agent relationship model, after anaylized the factors which affect the size of risk, this paper built the principal-agent risk model to lay the foundation of risk governance system, which include selection of agents, group internal incentive, risk-sharing and supervision mechanism. Finally, this paper took the informationization construction of C GROUP as an example, and made some suggestions for its defects in risk governance mechanism.Because the author has participated in the CM GROUP informationization project, can give the paper some real bases. Its research results are operational and practical.
