Research On Technological Innovation Management Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Tianjin Second Light Industry

Today,small and medium enterprises have taken quite important role in the economic development of our country, and they cannot be substituted in many ways, such as boosting of economic increase,driving technological advancement,decrease unemployment,and so on.At the same time,technological innovation has become the prime mover of the development in enterprises. As large & medium scale enterprises subordinated to Tianjin No. 2 Light Industry Group concerned, it has become a significant task for promoting Tianjin No.2 Light Industry Group to increase and achieving development in span style to discuss how to improve the management of technological innovation in small and medium enterprisesFirst of all, I made a summarization of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises:including the concepts of small and medium enterprises and technological innovation , the characters , advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises, and the strategies of technological innovation which are suitable for small and medium enterprises.On the basis of traditional technological innovation and the experiences in developed countries,I analyzed the technological innovation actuality of large & medium scale enterprises subordinated to Tianjin No. 2 Light Industry Group,and summarized the factors that block the innovation.In order to improve the level of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises,a mechanism model of technological innovation was founded.which was composed of enterprises,a mechanism model of technological innovation was founded , which was composed of enterprise management system(including prompting,decision making, operating and innovation diffusing mechanism)and exterior supporting system(including law,policy,financing and agency serving).After the model, some idiographic suggestions were brought forward.
