The world is going into the information economy time. E-Commerce, with the character of combining high techonolgy, economy and management, is leading the 3rd industrial revolution. In recent years, as the most important operation mode, Intermediary B2B is quickly develping as the direction of E-Commerce. In China, after several years'development, unfortunately, there are also some obstacles to make intermediary B2B stop. The problem is that, as the biggest costomers of intermediary B2B, most SMEs are facing serious financing problems, with the lack of capital. So the number of SMEs, which can do business by intermediary B2B, is limited greatly. As a result, in China, intermediary B2B cannot develop as quichkly as expected.Nowdays, Warehouse Receipt Financing(WRF), as a significant menthod to solve financing problems of SMEs, has been greatly used in the field of financial service.According to the competitive character of intermediary B2B, two most important facters for its success are given: huge of customers and high changing speed. Based on the analysis above, this dissertation gives a new operation mode: An Operation Mode of Intermediary B2B E-Commerce combining WRF. Compared with the exciting mode, this new mode can solve financing problems of SMEs that are going to do business on Internet. Finanly, intermediary B2B can be well developed.This new mode can give a win-win result among dealing center, SMEs and the big 3rd party logisitics corporations. In this new mode, the dealing center can increase its customers and highlight changing speed. Meanwhile, the integration of logisitics, information flow and capital flow can also be realized to put down the dealing risk; SMEs, which have taken part in the WRF, can get enough capital for the net dealing, so the profit can be increased; The big 3rd party logisitics corporations can get great economical profit, including transport profit and storage profit.The Operation Mode of Intermediary B2B E-Commerce combining WRF can give a reference to the development of intermediary B2B in China.
