Thesis use the improved AHP and Fuzzy mathematical models for risk assessment, through the case, this paper analyze the entire process of the pledge of warehouse receipt and evaluate the degree of risk in the case. Finally, this paper summarizes the main reason for the case and propose some risk control measures for the entire business according to related risk factors.The research of thesis contribute to a comprehensive understanding of warehouse receipt pledging and risk factors, and can be used for reference in carrying out this business,preventing ris,controlling risk in certain extent, as well as provide material for research logistics finance in future.
