Study On Logistics Finance Optimizes Mode Of The West Side Of The Straits Based On Warehouse Receipt Pledge

As a new type of value-added logistics services, logistics finance is risinggradually in recent years.Using financial tools,it makes enterprises produce value,andhas obtained the swift and violent development in the "Pearl River Delta "," longtriangle ","Bohai " and some of the central and western provinces. In2011March, theState Council formally approved the " west side of the Straits Economic ZoneDevelopment Plan ", required Fujian foretaste to go ahead, and strive to buildcollaboration of cross-strait classics trade close regional, cross-strait culturalexchanges, the main base of cross-strait direct exchanges between the integrated hub.Fujian province and Taiwan is only an ocean away, it has clear area advantage, strongeconomic growth, perfect logistics industry system, good financial environment. As aresult, the conditions of the financial logistics are adequate.In addition, with the advance of construction ceaselessly, Fujian province willaccelerate the product and trade circulation, market integration and industrialupgrading, all these need a powerful modern logistics service system as support, soresearching on logistics finance and making corresponding countermeasure areimportant.However, the logistics finance develops only in recent years in Fujianprovince.As the main business mode of logistics finance, warehouse receipt pledgedevelop relatively rapid. Therefore, making the warehouse receipt pledge as an angleof view, this article carries on the corresponding research.Through the logistics financial theory, this paper first analysis the parties offinancial logistics, explores the logistics finance models, and focuses on the model ofwarehouse receipt pledge. Then the paper summarized the present situation andproblems of the logistics finance in China and Fujian Province, and analysis thedevelopment advantages and significance of logistics finance in Fujian Province,mainly from the area advantage, economy advantage, logistics advantage, financialand policy advantage. On this basis, the paper put forward the warehouse logistics financial model of the west side of the straits, and according to the existenceinadequacy of the warehouse receipt pledge, the paper also put forward somesuggestions to the development of logistics finance based on the warehouse receiptpledge.
