Research On The Problems Deserving To Be Solved Immediately In Constructing Socialist New Countryside

Solving the"three rural"problems is the crucial task for our party and country. The central government has issued eight No.1 Documents about the"three rural"problems since the reform and openness. Solving the"three rural"problems is always the crucial, historical and realistic issue in our country. The State Council of CPC made an important strategic decision of constructing socialism new countryside on February 21st, 2006. In order to guarantee the peasants'all kind of rights, and keep the sustainable development of the rural politics, economy, culture and society, we must study the problems which need be solve badly during the construction of the socialism new countryside.The construction of the socialism new countryside must have the clear aim and responsibility. The final aim of the construction of the socialism new countryside is improving the living conations of farmers, improving the overall appearance of the rural, elevating the whole quality of the farmers; bringing real benefits to farmers effectively. And in the final achieve the goal of"manufacture development, wealthy life, rural civilization, rural cleanness, democratic governing". Ultimately achieve common prosperity and socialism harmonious society. So the aim and responsibility must be clear. Violating the interests of farmers and hurting the farmers must be forbidden. Second, during the construction of the socialism new countryside, the balance of the development of the rural politics, economy, culture and society must be kept. Every development should be simultaneous and be equally treated. The problems to be solved in the construction of the socialism new countryside are closely related with the politics, economy and culture. So the problems should not be fragmented, we should analyze the problems comprehensively, implement the higher-level decisions conscientiously and suit measures to the local conditions. Make the farmers enjoy the substantial intellectual civilization and suitable living environment as well as the fruits of economic development. This paper first analyses the connotation and request of the socialism new countryside. And then point out the problems existing in the process of constructing the socialism new countryside. There are many problems in the process of land levy. The 2,000 reminder children can't enjoy their basic rights. There are some contradictions during the village autonomy. The extensive development mode still exists largely in the modern agriculture development. This paper analyses the serious problems in the above four aspects respectively and propose the solutions of solving these problems from perspective of the ideological and political education.
