Theroy Research On Sustainable Development Of Yujiapu CBD, Binhai New Arear Of Tianjin

As an artificial ecosystem which is composed of economy, matter, information and population, CBD takes on ecological self-discipline weakly. Based on the relative research on the CBD theory, this paper discussed the factors which affected CBD eco-construct and sustainable development by way of using ecology idea for reference and inducting sustainable development system info. Then, the paper established index evaluation system on sustainable development of Eco-CBD, which is of consequence for the internal CBD exploitation and growth.Aiming at CBD exploitation, the paper integrated the request of background and the need of growth to summarize the main idea of Eco-CBD sustainable development. Based on this, gets the way to CBD eco-planning. Further, researches the application in CBD's sustainable development theory.To do research for Eco-planning inYujiapu zone, Binhai New Area of Tianjin, the paper analysed the condition of background, predominance and mostly infection in Yujiapu CBD for the sustainable development framework of Yujiapu. Then, found out the existent problem by investigation on the spot and made certain the research emphases. Next, the paper attempted to establish index system which was affected on Yujiapu CBD's sustainable development based on disposing, analyzing and numeralizing the emphases fore cited.Finally, the thesis attempts to summarize the research conclusions and gives some proposals to further studies.
