| Land resource is an essential element of living, and the same to the Development Zone. If we don’t have the land we can’t have the economic development and the progress of social civilization. Development Zone is also a regional economic development and pilot production element concentrated, industrial agglomeration. It’s the leader of the region economy development, and in the development of the developing zone the land have the vital effect.Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone is approved by The people’s Republic of China in1984.Tianjin Economic Technological Development Area as the leader of Tianjin Binhai New Area have the advantage of the location. And the land in the process of economic development plays an irreplaceable role. In recent years, Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone have the inefficient and idle phenomenon of land use. With the development of social economy, the land as a not renewable resources are becoming less and less. Development Zone land planning, use and management must to adapt the development of development zones and industrial structural. Therefore, the author research in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone’s land use efficiency evaluation. The purpose is to master the new changes of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone land used.This paper is based on Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA)2007-2010annual land used as the carrier was evaluated. Using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey comprehensive evaluation entropy method as a method. The establishment of index system on land economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit three respects to make evaluation.And the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone land use benefits increase year by year, And in2010is the maximum. Analysis the reason it of land use’s change, In the last, the paper puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the efficiency of land use. |
