| In the coming 20 years, the economic growth and the urbanization will impel the sustainable and fast development of real estate industry in China. To achieve the sustainable development, cross region expansion is the only way the real estate enterprises will be taken. To establish the applicable strategy of development pattern for cross region development is a necessary option for cross regional real estate enterprise.This article analyzes the development pattern for cross region development of the existing well-known real estate enterprises and compared of which with the advantages and renovation. Particularly,it makes investigation of the status of management of China Wu Yi CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as China Wu YI), found out and analyzes its problems existed. Integrated with the existing management structure and management pattern of China Wu Yi, this article analyses the development strategy and practicable management pattern and proposes the implementation of renovation of management system and forecast the effects of alternation to be taken by way of relocating the function of the headquarters and defining the management structure and designing the applicable management system of development strategy of the Company.The main results of this article is that, it probed into the applicable strategy of development pattern for cross region development of China Wu Yi and provides the company with the theoretics of management pattern for cross region development which may leads to its quality and meaningful sustainable development. |
