Hotels conglomeration has already becoming irreversible current in the hotels.HeBei Construction Investment Corporation (HECIC) is a large-scale state-owned enterprise in HeiBei province. By the end of 2006,the Assets of hotels and tour estate already reaches more than 3 billion yuan in HECIC. But, the hotel still is in monomer state, marketplace competition is relatively insufficient. If thinking of on the marketplace get a competitive edge, it must develop to large-scale hotel of local characteristics.
