The Research And Design Of Production Cost Management System In Large-scale Machinery Industry

With the rapid development of the economy, there is more and more competition in the market. In order to win fruitful economy benefit, an enterprise should adopt measures to control and reduce the product cost efficiently, and calculate the product cost and price fleetly, to improve the competence both in the international and domestic market.This thesis is about expatiating on the machinery product cost management taking the large defense industry as an example, and to analysis the research background, significance, the foundational method and the research condition existing both in abroad at home. This thesis analysis the calculating model of the cost budget making the BOM as a clue and the workmanship of manufacturing as a principle and also on the base of the question and the condition which most large enterprise have to face; analyzing and designing the product cost management system including the data-base designing, system function designing and C/S framework analysis; expatiating on the realization of the product cost management system including the handling of Tree-traversing and stack, analyzing flow chart of each system and showing some program of the system.This system has realized the business accounting of product cost successfully and has also finished the correct calculating faster and more convenient, which make the enterprise be able to adapt the variable market competence, providing the forceful reason for the leader to make a decision. For their own special characteristics, it is very important for a large machinery enterprise to develop and research the product cost management system.
