| Along with the continuous deepening and intensify of the market competition, the key that companies gain competitive advantage has turned to "the third source of profit " of establishing a highly efficient logistics system from the "first source of profit" of saving raw materials and "the second source of profit" of raising productivity. How to build highly efficient and smooth logistics system in order to improve its operational efficiency and to reduce logistics cost, is attracting more and more entrepreneur's attention.Baosteel Heavy Plate Mill is one of the most advanced domestic heavy plate production lines, whose work-procedure mainly include slab, rolling, thermal straightening, shear, heat treatment, fire cutting, UST, cold straightening, etc. As heavy plate work-procedure, cross-logistics, and abnormal logistics (such as on-line or down-line of plates, the additional grinding, fire cutting procedure, etc.) is too much, the intermediate procedures are not compatible exactly from the time that the mill was put into production, and the heat treatment production of heavy plate has more complex work-procedures, more long production cycle, and volatile production cycle characteristics, which make heat treatment regional logistics more complex. These will affect operating efficiency and constraint the increase of productivity.This paper indicates that there are three aspects reasons:shearing line production efficiency, the stack of plate and quality problems, which affect the logistics smooth according to the analysis of heavy plate production logistics. Aiming at the low efficiency of shearing line, the paper presents that the shearing line efficiency is improved by increasing the sharpness of plate and the level of dimension precision and the level of shearing control to decrease the abnormal down-line of plate, by optimizing the arithmetic and parameter of model and enhancing the precision of model to reduce the shearing degree and adjusting time. Aiming at the problem of non-criterion of plate's stack, the paper presents that the efficiency is enhanced by regulating the stack principle of different storerooms, creating down-area, waiting-area, up-area to insure that non-contract plate, urgency plate and common plate are piled up respectively. The production is carried through according to the rules to reduce the restack of plate. Aiming at the quality problems in production process, for example, shearing burr and heat-treatment pick-up, the paper presents that shearing burr is avoided by modulating the relatively parameters of p-roll, by tracking the mutative trend of shear edge warp, and pick-up is controlled by improving the grind quality and enhancing the surface check and on-line inspecting the atmosphere in the heat-treatment furnace.Since the mends are put into practice, the results show that the shearing efficiency is improved greatly, the stack of storerooms is more regular, the rhythm of production is enhanced, and the quality problems are amended greatly, likely shearing burr and heat-treatment pick-up in the production process. The whole production logistics is more unhindered so that the heavy plate production efficiency and contract accomplishment are improved and the production costs is reduced. |
