The mankind enter the new century, the trend of the economic globalization is developing continuously, the resources at global of fluxion and collocation is strengthening greatly. With the competitive environment of market becoming fiercer and fiercer enterprises are required to not only care about themselves, but also care about their upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain, Then, the integration of relationship between enterprises is needed to promote the development of enterprises in the alliance. Agile supply chain management now is becoming the power method to improve the enterprise's global competition. The main trait it differs from the ordinary supply chain system is: Agile supply chain can be constituted and adjusted rapidly according to the formation and disorganization of dynamic alliance. And in the procedure of the agile supply chain system management, coordination control is found to pay an important role in the enterprises which is belonging to the agile supply chain system. But in fact, the effect of coordination between enterprises is bad, the integration between information and logistics is also not good. So, the research on how to optimize the problems of coordination in the foundation of keeping agility in ASC is needed.This text will make use of the most famous theory of bifurcation in the natural science field nowadays to study the supply chain management that is the most prevalence in the social science field now. Beginning from three essential conditions of bifurcation, the paper analyzes the influencing factors inside and outside of the ASC, then combining the theory of bifurcation to find out the bifurcation phenomenon consisting in the ASC system. Based on bifurcation phenomenon, to find out a bifurcation point, and then construct ASC system optimal model based on the bifurcation point, using the optimal model to optimize the problems which is found in the ASC system. End, in order to insure the valid movement of the system, this paper aiming at the dynamic characteristic of the ASC optimal system, builds up evaluation index system with agility, custom satisfaction, cooperation relationship, innovation, operation cost for the system measurement standard, adopts the analytic hierarchy process method model based on AGA to evaluate the system.
