ERP system which is considered as corporation information flat, with the systematized management idea ,its core is to use mine corporation's all resources rationally and effectively, according to act on critical operation flow, aims to affect on the business operations, which includes reducing costs,increasing efficiencies,improving customer services, and rebuild the operation flows owned competitive advantages. According to the research on ERP management idea, this paper analyzed the logical relationships between mine corporation equipment management and enterprise resource planning deeply; started with the status of the ERP applications of every mine group company in Chinese mine industrial, we discussed the feasibility to implement ERP in mine industrial and the advantages and disadvantages of mine industrial self, and gave two kinds of ERP equipment management information solve projects.Combined MRP principle,JIT mode of ERP theory, this paper analyzed the characteristic of mine corporation semi-continuous and semi-discrete production mode, as the result we can get a conclusion that not only the main production system but also the assistant system both run well on the base of the equipments'good running, so mine equipments'running status determine the production conditions of mine corporation.Because of the differences of equipments'structure,moving state and working condition, together with the differences of mechanism caused the faults, so there are many different forms of their faults, this paper gave the fishbone chart of mine equipments'main faults, analyzed the primary-secondary reasons of specific faults. On the basis of these fault phenomenon research, we can forecast some faults'development and occurrence, and to avoid causing final faults.The formulation of mine equipment maintenance planning mainly depends on their service life and operation status, and the economic principle is considered little, so it is difficult to reduce the whole maintenance cost and get the optimal economic benefits. This paper introduced the working-age rollback factor on the basis of the basic strategy model of min equipment preventive maintenance, with the optimal target of total operation cost of mine equipments, studied the optimal PM interval problems of mine equipment; built the corresponding optimal model and illustrated the function relations between optimal frequency of maintenance and cost during a finite time horizon with the example of one mine equipment.Finally, this paper combined traditional information system, discussed the advantages of developing mine equipment management system with GIS technology; and gave the technical framework of mine equipment management system on the GIS technology platform; the development and implementation of mine equipment management system ties in analysis on the business logic, aimed at the characteristics of each period in equipment management life period, analyzed the business logic of mine equipment management department in detail, and gave the specific UML activity diagrams using UML modeling technology.
