The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the inner communication and outer communication of tourism organization after analyzing the application of the basic organization communication theories in tourism development. The aim of the discussion is to uncover the basic principle of tourism organization communication. Then it puts forward some proposals to management of tourism organization communication for kinds of tourism organizations. The paper uses media richness model, social information processing model and differential dynamic methods with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to study the task.First of all, the paper summarizes status about organization communication and tourism organization communication, the basic theories about tourism organization communication in order to provide a background about theories and methods for latter study.Secondly, the paper analyzes the inner communication of tourism organization. Further, expatiates the basic situation of inner communication of tourism organization, with the study on the basic form, main process and communication of tacit knowledge of inner communication of tourism organization. Then it analyzes the communication of tacit knowledge by way of differential dynamic model.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the outer communication of tourism organization. Based on the study on hierarchy, content and aim of outer communication, the paper opens out the basic forms of outer communication of tourism organization. Using media application of outer communication model, the paper lists those affecting factors on media selection, this paper conforms the basic methods of media selection.Finally, according to the characteristics of inner communication and outer communication of tourism organization, the paper puts forward some proposals on management of communication of tourism organization, in order to improve the development of communication of tourism organization.
