As the most successful instant messaging software, WeChat is affecting every aspect of people’s production and life nowadays. Compare with the traditional means of communication,Wechat is more superior when applied to the organization’s communication. With the development of mobile Internet and information technology and the social environment, WeChat has great potential used in organization’s communication. The Communication Media among people constantly changing with the development of the Internet and the use of information technology, more and more humanized element like communicate and share with each other will be merged to meet the diverse needs in real life.The paper based on the theory of media use and satisfy, media richness and network, to research the application context and content of WeChat within the organization, then study and discuss its impact on the openness and satisfaction and team cohesion of the organization. Choose the company as the mainly organization type, the paper through the use of statistical analysis software SPSS16.0 to analyze the collected sample data, and the study shows that different demographic variables in education, industry and job level have significant difference for the use of WeChat.Also, as a supplement of traditional means of communication,Wechat shows huge potential in information and knowledge sharing, and play a significant role especially in the establishment of a learning organization and knowledge-based organizations. WeChat has a distinct advantage compare with the traditional means of communication in communication cost, timely and security aspects. The use of WeChat mainly in junior staff in the organization, but it rarely applicated among higher and lower levels, and it shows significant effect on the openness and satisfaction and team cohesion of the organization.The study also analyzes and summarizes the pros and cons of WeChat used in the organization’s internal communication, then put forward the corresponding comments and suggestions, to provide scientific basis for the application of We Chat in the organization, it has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
