The Analysis And Advice On Vegetable Industry Of Liupanshui

Vegetable,the necessary food in people's daily life,is an important economic crop which can make people earn more money and be richer.People's standard of living keeps increasing with the development of the society and their demand of vegetables are changing from full-oriented to nutrient-oriented,even to health care-oriented.China is the largest country of vegetable production.Annual yield of vegetable industry,one of the few high- preponderant industries in China,increased rapidly after China was affiliated to WTO,which weakened the impact of the international farm products.As the key industry to adjust the agricultural framework in Guizhou Pro.,it also promoted the export of farm products in Guizhou.Liupanshui is situated in the west of Guizhou,which is well-known as "Cold Capital of China".It has pluuiose rain,warm weather,ample light and the precipitation and heat are in the same season,which is propitious to the vegetable growth and development.It is an ideal place to develop health care-oriented vegetable industry.Based on the analysis of developmental direction of China and other countries, Liupanshui was chosen as object in this study.The developmental situation of vegetable in Liupanshui,as well as the natural resources and the production conditions,were surveyed with the method of investigation and study.The problems produced in the development and the causes were analyzed.The fundamental ideas and principles on development of high-preponderant vegetable industry in Liupanshui were constructed,suggesting that the developmental emphases should be establishment vegetables in outskirts of the city, anti-season vegetables at high- altitude area,early vegetables at valley area and high-preponderant vegetables.The implementary countermeasures and main measures also have been proposed in this study.The emphasis is to cultivate and construct the high-preponderant vegetable bases and the anti-season vegetable bases.It also should be noted that actualizing strategy of high-quality nameplate,accelerating vegetable standardization. It is important to improve the drive ability of key enterprise and the repute of vegetable brand and to strengthen the construction of the wholesale market of vegetable products.We should instruct vegetable production with information of supply and demand and improve the competition ability of vegetable products.
