The Research Of The Problems Cause By Agricultural Commercialization And Its Countermeasure In Pearl River Delta

Presently, the Chinese agriculture has already entered a very important periord of development. A significant choice faced by the macroscopic decision-making section is how to further deepen the rural reform and promote the economy of entire rural to exceed a new step. At the right time , the agricultural commercialization plays a huge role in solving the development of rural economic by its unique superiority .However, we also should see that as a result of the unique national condition of China, the agricultural commercialization has encountered the unprecedented difficulties and challenges in the developing process. On the foundation of the literature investigation to the overall development condition of the domestic agricultural commercialization, this research has carried on the interview diagnosis to Pearl river Delta area's agricultural commercialization and particularly to Guangzhou and Dongguan, revolving the condition of land element circulation, the sources of the fund, the sources of the entrepreneur, the agricultural product market and the outlet of the agricultural surplus-labor condition with emphasis. The investigation showed that, the factor which affects the development of the agricultural commercialization is the following five aspects. Firstly, the land element circulation is impeded; secondly, the sources of fund are insufficiency; thirdly, the agricultural entrepreneur are deficient; and then, the growth of the agricultural product market is imperfect; finally, it's difficult to transfer the agricultural surplus-labor. In view of these five aspects, this article proposes the basic mentality to solve the problems: First, we should establish a science mechanism of the land circulation to develop the "high-quality goods" agriculture according to the local resources; Second, financial system need to be built perfectly to support the agriculture; Third, we should bring up a group of high-caliber agriculture entrepreneurs; Fourth, we need to establish a logistics centre of the agricultural product , to support and develop the big family who circulates, and to expand Hong Kong-Macau pedestal and international market actively; Fifth, we should speed up the advancement of the countryside urbanization, develop the tertiary industry vigorously, and diligently enhance the overall quality and the employment ability of the rural laborforce.The aim of this article is that these five aspects endeavor, we will solve the development problems of Pearl river Delta agriculture commercialization, and provide the model to the national other areas' development of agricultural commercialization...
