With the development of China's economy and society,the income difference between agriculture and non-agriculture is getting bigger and bigger.At the background of China's economic prosperity,"the problem of peasants,agriculture and rural country" is becoming more and more serious.The level of land productivity is very high in the world,but the income of our peasants is much shorter in the middle level country.Though peasants have enough food,but have little money.It must to accord with the requirement of age and keep up with the tideway of ascensive society.The paper analyses the system of land on historical and realistic point,and summarize the agriculture experiences of developed countries,accordingly find the way to reform our land system.The following are the main research conclusions.1 The development of economy is gradual;the reform of land system must be gradual.2 To improve rural country economy,we must to implement scale benefit in agriculture.The scale of land the family manages must suit to the economy\the labors\the culture.Be on the move of the land must be peasants' free will.3 When the land on the move is about 40—60 percent,nationalization-ownership of rural land and national tenancy can be achieved.The rent charge becomes financial income.Social security in rural land will come true.The period of land lease is about 5 years at first,the scale of the farms will become bigger and bigger on their healthy development.
