| The pursuit of profit is the eternal motive of enterprises, and onlywith efficient management, can high profit be realized. In this regard,enterprises must attach great importance to the efficiency of management.Since the reform of oil filed enterprises has stepped into an importantphase, apart from the former inherent managing system that has restrictedthe growing of the enterprise, more blame should be put on their managingstructure. Although the oilfield enterprises have achieved high economicbenefit, we should pay more attention to their shortcomings, and thedevelopment of the enterprise can only be sustained with constantlyimproving management and raising management efficiency.Starting from the management efficiency of enterprises, and takingdifferent phenomena of low management efficiency of oilfield enterprises ascut-in point, the thesis has made comprehensive analysis on the causes oflow efficiency and their impact on enterprises from the angle of managementefficiency, and has put forward resolutions and advice to improve theirmanagement efficiency. The low efficiency of Shengli oilfield enterprisesmainly attributes to their history and inherent operating structures, whosemajor representations are high management cost, large waste, bad investmentperformance of diversification enterprises, dissatisfying reform result,bureaucratic management structure, lack of supervision for enterprisesmanagers, and abound ineffective management etc. Aiming at resolving of theabove mentioned issues, countermeasures should be taken to 1. Improve theirmanagers'quality; 2. Innovate the organization structure of enterprises;3. Improve employees'cultural qualification; 4. Improve management system. It is hoped that through the study in this thesis, useful reference could be providedtoimprove the management efficiency of the Shengli Oilfield. |
