Studies On The Management Of Productivity Construction Project’s Material In FX Oilfield

With the rapid development of construction industry,there is still numerous needs of materials in it.No matter how fast technology develops,it has been playing a more and more important role for the investment of material which always occupies the largest proportion in productivity construction projects for a long time.Furthermore,the plan of materials has directly affected the construction progress of the oilfield,such as the relationship between material purchasing and the construction quality.Therefore,it is important for the oilfield to well manage materials,save cost,and effectively manage storage by a developed viewpoint.At present,FX oilfield productivity construction project is still under construction,and expected to run for 50 years or so.I introduce several pieces of advice about how to solve the influence during the progress of construction caused by some material-managed problems on the project construction phase.Based on the study of relevant theories and the fruit of practice about enterprise material management from domestic and foreign countries,the current situation and existing problems are summarized and analyzed,including insufficient execution in the plan of material management,lack of standardization in material purchasing,deep loophole in the allocation of supplies and impropriety in the storage.By analyzing such problems,the methodology has been introduced to improve the management of productivity construction project’s material in FX oilfield.First,make accurate plan mechanism,including making hierarchical classification plan,strengthening the propaganda and education,approving the platform for examination;Second,change the purchasing management mode,including establishing suppliers’ database,introducing electronic bidding mechanism and expanding procurement mode;Third,implement planned receiving system,including implementing and receiving main material,purchasing network program,dynamically tracking system progress;Forth,establish a net storage model,including building materials inventory data,strengthening the management of material cycle,early warning real-time storage network.By promoting management of productivity construction projects’ material in FX oilfield,it ensures us to save cost and increase profit,and to help supplies management in FX oilfield and other similar enterprises.
