Appraisal For The Listed Corporation Society Responsibility

Recently,the social responsibility of listed corporation is becoming the core academic research by all over the world.This paper focuses on the listed corporation social responsibility appraisal.However,the issue of social responsibility was emphasized so late in China,the research work is still in the beginning period.And the research tool is also somewhat laggard.Few researches are related to the social responsibility appraisal.This paper selected all listed corporations in Shenzhen Stock Market and Shanghai Stock Market,using the finance data of 2006,choosing the method of regession analysis,to establish the general model to evaluate the listed corporation's social responsibility level. Based on the appraisal result,the listed corporation social responsibility can be well improved.This paper selected all listed corporation in Shenzhen Stock Market and Shanghai Stock Market,1448 listed corporations.Except the ST,PT listed corporations and some corporations with lacked finance data,the available sample amount is 1017.The corporation society is divided into two sides in this paper.One is the corporation responsibility for the nature.The other is the corporation responsibility for the society.The responsibility in this paper is as the responsibility for the nature,the responsibility for the employee,the responsibility for the stockholder,the contribution for the society.And the appraisal financial figure is as profit earning rate,the corporation scale,the developing capacity rate etc.The appraisal method uses the regression analysis of SPSS,to find the relationship between the corporation society responsibility and finance data.Establish the appraisal model to appraise the listed corporation society responsibility.In the end of this paper,the detailed appraisal result will be described based on the corporation society responsibility appraisal model.
