The theoretical and empirical analyses methods have been used in this dissertation.The main content and result of this dissertation are as following: Firstly, this dissertation studied the principle theories of benefit from control and deeply analyzed the essence of benefit from control, based on it, I develop the old benefit of control model and checked it. Meanwhile, the necessary condition of obtaining the efficient benefit from control was proposed by establishing a theoretical model and the theoretical basis of objectively valuing the benefit from control was found.Then, this dissertation theoretically analyzed the relationship between ownership structure and benefit from control. Mainly uniting our country listed company stock right structure and controlling power avails relation carry out all-round demonstration studying and using the developing benefit of control model check out the demonstration studying one by one. The controlling power changing and incurrence share change currency share are all influence controlling power avails.Finally, according to demonstration result, analysis the first strong stock hold changing and share flow ability changing influent controlling power avails' index .
