Turnover study is an important problem in HRM. By selecting some representative members working in TL Co. Ltd. as investigation sample, this study collects the data concerning on influence factors of turnover intention. And then it develops a casual model of turnover intention, at length it conducts an empirical study on stuffs in manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, this article collects data by interview and investigation questionnaire and analyze the data by SPSS 12.0. A few of multiple statistics such as factor analysis, variance analysis and correlations analysis are applied in the data analysis. The research conclusions are drawn as follows.1. The influence factors of turnover intention is consisted of six factors-responsibility and autonomy, corporation culture and outlook, training promotion and fairness, pay and word environment, social relationship, job diversification and interest.2. The employees' turnover intention is significant connected to the influence factors.3. There are significant differences in the influence factors of turnover intention under different employees' background variables.4. The influence factors of turnover intention are different in three kinds of employees, which are workers, technologist and low-level managers.According to our discoveries, we put forward some suggestions in turnover management and employee retention at the end of this dissertation.
