Nowadays,China is stepping into the aging society.China's demographic dividend has been disappearing.Enterprise recruitment and employment problem is becoming more and more obvious.Due to rising cost of manufacturing enterprises&the lack of technical reserves,China's manufacturing enterprise stay in a high front-line employee turnover.Front-line employee turnover issue has aroused increasingly more attention from the enterprises.With the arrival of Internet plus,for manufacturing enterprises themselves,they are facing growing burden and competition.How to effectively reduce the high turnover rate of front-line employee,reduce the labor costs of manufacturing enterprises and improve front-line employee's job satisfaction have become paramount importance for manufacturing enterprises.Our study is based on satisfaction analysis,put the factor of front-line employee turnover of X Shanghai Textile Manufacturing Enterprises as the research object,briefly elaborated the research background?significance and its research content and establish a clear research framework.And then do the literature review at home and abroad,define some concepts related to this passage,introduced&summarized domestic and foreign study.Among them,also mentioned several famous foreign model,such as Mobley?Price and Dalton and Todor and so on.We will put them as the theoretical basis of research.And then we introduced&analyzed the staff management of X Shanghai Textile Manufacturing Enterprises,first introduce its basic situation,the composition of front-line staff,proposed the negative influences due to the high front-line employee turnover rate.Through the questionnaire survey design,ensured the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data,carry on the data analysis&statistics,come out the reason of front-line employee turnover of X Shanghai Textile Manufacturing Enterprises are due to unsatisfied with salary allocation problem(fair wages&overtime).staff problem(employee engagement and superior&subordinate relation)and career development(staff training&promotion mechanism problems)and set up its corresponding cause model of front-line employee turnover.Combined with actual condition of X Shanghai Textile Manufacturing Enterprises,proposed improved suggestions,that would be design salary distribution?establish enterprise culture to enhance staff's cohesive force?improve front-line supervisors' competence,establish reasonable front-line staff training system and set up employee career development channels and put forward boost front-line employee satisfaction model to improve high turnover rate of front line employee of X shanghai company.Finally,reviewed the whole research condition&drew a comprehensive conclusion.Last but not the least,called for all related Textile Manufacturing Enterprises adopts the improvement suggestions in accordance with their own specific circumstances so as to find the management method to improve front-line employee's job satisfaction.
