In China, undeveloped logistic and inefficient management skill result in that the main body of financial supply chain is commercial bank, and main point of commercial bank's service is satisfying enterprises financial demands. Therefore this paper trys to study finance supply chain from the viewpoint of bank.Based on financial innovation theory and two classical examples, this paper analysis commercial bank supply chain finance service from three facets: demand, supply and constraint. We considerate that innovation of commercial bank supply chain finance service cater to financial demands of SMES, facilitate large enterprise's cash management and provide a market-oriented choice under the circumstance of capital constrain. Therefore, this paper point out risks existed in commercial bank supply chain finance service and illustrate the problem of risk-control from risk management policy and method respectively.Although there exists in commercial bank supply chain finance service many merits, imperfect market, absenting corresponding laws, uncultured third logistic enterprise and degree of innovation greatly constrain the development of commercial bank supply chain finance service.
