Risk Management Of Supply Chain Finance In China's Commercial Banks

Supply chain finance is a new form of financing proposed by commercial banks in response to industry changes.While vigorously developing supply chain financial services,commercial banks attach great importance to operational risk management of supply chain financial services.Due to the huge difference between supply chain finance and traditional financial operation mode,how to manage and control the operational risks in the development of supply chain financial services is an urgent problem for commercial banks.This paper takes the commercial bank supply chain financial operation risk management as the research object,and defines the core concepts such as the supply chain finance of the commercial bank and the financial operation risk of the supply chain.The analytic hierarchy process and key risk indicator method are used to identify the financial operation risk categories of commercial banks' supply chain,and try to build a supply chain operation risk assessment index system.Through the establishment of the risk evaluation index system,the actual risk of the financial operation of the supply chain of China's commercial banks is studied with the case study of the S-sex behavior of Minsheng Bank.Aiming at the actual problems existing in the supply chain operation risk of commercial banks,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research methods and technical routes.The second part is the theoretical basis of commercial bank's supply chain financial operation risk management.It defines the connotation of commercial bank supply chain finance and the connotation of supply chain financial operation risk,expounds the characteristics of supply chain operation risk,and summarizes the classification of commercial bank operation risk.The third part is the construction of the indicator system for the identification and evaluation of supply chain financial operation risks.This paper expounds the design principles of supply chain financial operation risk assessment indicators,analyzes the key evaluation index system of commercial bank supply chain financial operation risk from four stages: business transaction stage,financing transaction stage,payment transaction stage and logistics transaction stage,and constructs commercial bank.Supply chain financial operation risk assessment model.The fourth part is the empirical evaluation analysis part of commercial bank's supply chain financial operation risk.Taking the S-sex behavior of Minsheng Bank as an example,througha hierarchical analysis of the financial operation risks of the bank supply chain,summarizing and summarizing the financial operation risks of the Minsheng Bank S branch supply chain.The fifth part is the commercial bank's supply chain financial operation risk management recommendations.The sixth part is the summary and outlook.This paper summarizes the full-text research and puts forward the shortcomings of this paper.
