Evolutionary Analysis Of Enterprise Self-Innovation Theory

The fast-changing and gradually serious of global survival wisdom as well as threats and challenges of the context of enterprise survival make the self-innovation play an important role, which has influenced the enterprise deeply. The self-innovation has become the important factor and leading force in the development of enterprise. The enterprise in the fast pace of innovation can make great profits while the enterprise which sticks to old rules will be in loss and disappear at last. When the Chinese enterprises in the 21th century are under the innovating, the theoretical contingent focus on the enterprise innovation from different aspects, the imperfection of current innovation theories and research methods means that there remains a great research space in this field, thus it has great theoretical and practical meaning that we use the new economical paradigm to analyze the innovation theory comprehensively and systematically.When there is no progress of the research of self-innovation theory, the new economical paradigm—evolutionary paradigm will be used. The evolutionary of self-Innovation theory follows the certain rules, the research of self-Innovation referring to the think and methods of biological evolution becomes a new research angle and that can reveal the internal rules and path of development of enterprise self-Innovation theory.After making a comprehensive survey of the research of self-innovation with the method of evolutionary paradigm, we find that theoretical circles pay more attention to the steady state research of evolution of enterprise self-Innovation paradigm and ability of enterprise self-Innovation, while there is few research results of enterprise of self-innovation theory, it is a pity that they have not placed the theory in an unified evolution framework to do the research, so it is the right time that we should bring forth some new ideas and do the summary of theory.Stemming from the exploration of the development course of enterprise self-innovation theory, and the thinking of development and change of the self-innovation theory, complying with the development trend of building the systematic analyzing paradigm and the integrated theory system of enterprise self-Innovation theory, this paper will discuss the development course of enterprise self-innovation theory using the new research angle—evolutionary paradigm.Based on the evolutionary course and logic of all the thoughts and ideas of enterprise self-Innovation theory after the Adam Smith, This article will use the evolutionary paradigm to analyze the developed rules of enterprise self-Innovation theory and try to know how the theory arises,changes,selects and remains and then create the evolutionary model of the development of the theory, predict the evolutionary trend of theory.The evolutionary analysis of enterprise self-innovation theory belongs to the front problem of combined field of technical Economics and evolutionary economics, there is less research results and reference books, while I am not in the highest theoretical level, so there is some mistakes inevitably, I sincerely hope all the experts,teachers and readers give me the precious advices on the paper in order to consummate the conclusions of the article.
