This text mostly describes the multinational companies in order to strengthen the relationship with the host country,improve its market competition,implement their localization business strategy in succession,and continue to speed up their pace. Multinational corporations do the research,procurement,human resources,productions, sales channels,the capital, and other aspects of the localization strategy in China has been all-round integration of Chinese economy,and have made tremendous gains. Their business has reached to every corner of the global market. Every multinational company access into a target market will provide some or all of the local market and serve to the customer productions,technologies,capital,management and culture. At the same time they also use the local market resources to support its strategic goals possibly.This text according to the strategic management theory and transnational corporations management theory,analysis of the problem for productions localization from East-West economic and cultural differences,company management mode differences,weak quality awareness of private company,and knowledge of production function and concept. At the same time,LM company as a case with its special medical productions,specific analysis of the production transfer and the importance strict of localization production in the medical industry. Finally,LM project department combine with today's multinational companies,bring forward a new theory of three-step transfer the project:①Production process transfer.②Production equipment and mould transfer and effect control.③Parts localization complete. By the implementation of the new project,it was proved that the new project is signification for multinational corporations production transfer. The products transfer risk, effectiveness and interoperability is as the guiding ideology. The products transfer time and manufacturing costs is as the main control goal.
