Study On Consturction Of Daguanzhong Tourism Region With The Center Of Xi'an

"Eleventh five-year development plan" of the Western region exploitation has made the Daguanzhong(also called Guanzhong and Tianshui) become one of the three important economic regions of Western reign apposed with Chengyu and Beibuwan economy zone which the "Eleventh five-year plan" mainly supports.Meanwhile the zone will be constructed as the strategic target which can boost and support this exploitation.This article discuss the background,the feature of tourism resources,the market of customer resource,the basic frame,the main thinking,the problem of the Daguanzhong tourism region with the center of Xi'an.And then it puts forward that,under the collaboration of regional tourism,to build the tourism region is the objective requirement of the regional economy development,is the urgent demanding for the exploration and practice of the tourism development in Western Development and is the inevitable trend of the tourism market development and the inevitable requirement of the regional collaboration.Under the national leading,the healthy,steady and rapid Daguanzhong tourism region should be constructed according to the objective requirement of the enterprises and regional cooperation.Through the survey research,the Daguanzhong tourism region with the center of Xi'an has abundant tourism resource and distinctive characteristics.The customer resource can be shared and has abroad and good prospect of the regional cooperation.Although there are still some problems such as system is not smooth,lacking of capital and the backwardness of the basic facilities.The mechanism of "government promoting,enterprises participating,market allocating,long-term cooperation,and rolling development" can be built on the basis of industry cooperation with the main body of enterprises.The government can provide guarantee in the system,policy and environment to realize the advantages complementation of regional resource,optimum combination of resource and the industry cooperation.There are six chapters in the whole thesis.The first chapter is the preface,in this part,the purpose and significance of carrying out the present research are clarified,the recent development of the research in this area at home and abroad is synthesized,the basic clue and research methods are described,and the possible creative ideas are also introduced.In the second chapter,the related concepts such as regional tourism and the cooperation of the regional tourism are defined.It explains the tourism industry development theory,aggretion theory of tourism industry groups,sustainable development theory and other related theories which lay a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.The third chapter mainly analyzes the necessity of the construction of Daguanzhong tourism region with the center of Xi'an,which is the requirement of the deep development of Western region exploitation and the whole Daguanzhong tourism region.From the promotion of regional tourism development and needs of the common desire for common development and prevention against the risk,the needs of the establishment of the Daguanzhong tour destination and the overall image is discussed detailedly.In the fourth chapter,it analyzes the condition and obstructive factors of the construction of the the Daguanzhong tourism region with the center of Xi'an.It compares the good conditions including the convenient traffic conditions,abundant tourism resources, unique geographical advantage,the government's macro-leading and actively promotion,and the obstructive factors which are lacking of awareness and leadership,the administrative system is not running smoothly and internal conflicts of tourism resources,uneven development of tourism between the various parts.And it confirms the development trend and market necessity.The fifth chapter gives a concrete exposition of the basic ideas.The basic principles,ideas and countermeasure research to build the Daguanzhong tourism region have been deeply discussed.In the sixth chapter,it proposes feasible suggestion combined with the practical development needs.That is to rationalize the administrative structure guided by the market,to innovate the management rationale and to increase the pace of infrastructure construction.The seventh chapter briefly shows the achievement of the study.
