The Study On Intellectual Property Protection In Small And Medium Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises have already become the cornerstone of modern economy and qualified technological innovation fresh combatants,become the light spots of China and even economic development of world.Under this situation,the intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises have already become the worldwide important problem.If small and medium-sized enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce knowledge-driven economy times,they must depend on the system of intellectual property.This text has described the intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises from the government and the enterprises'point of view mainly.Because small and medium-sized enterprises have been playing an more and more important role in the knowledge and technology , more and more government departments are encouraging and helping small and medium-sized enterprises to use the system of intellectual property more effectively,in order to improve their competitiveness in the domestic and global market.While discussing the government's function,this text have taken the analytical method of comparison,on the basis of WIPO relevant activities,it discusses the national intellectual property protective policy of small and medium-sized enterprises of some representatives.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main players in the market competition,while studying the intellectual property right in terms of small and medium-sized enterprises,this text uses the analytical method of SWOT,and carries on SWOT analysis of intellectual property protection to small and medium-sized enterprises,and then proposes the macroscopical strategic countermeasures.Afterwards,it describes the technological innovation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and relevant concrete countermeasures.As it formally closed on with our country's"national intellectual property right strategy",the intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises should raise to the proper height too.We can't only connect the intellectual property protection with the state-run large and medium-sized enterprises,or with the economic entities with certain scale and strength,such as transnational enterprises,etc.and ignore the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises.In a sense,the intellectual property rights of most small and medium-sized enterprises in our country need to get protection even more.I hold the opinion that on intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises,the government should make the regulation policy specially at this point,and offer operating strong concrete measures,such as expenses reducing,professional training,etc.;Small and medium-sized enterprises should take the suit measures to local conditions,combine their own characteristics,and carry on more effective protection to enterprise's intellectual property right,thus occupy the favorable position in the market competition.
