Research On Intellectual Property Ability Of Patent-intensive Enterprises In My Country

Based on the collection and collation of intellectual property related literatures at home and abroad,based on system theory,coupling theory and grounded theory,the connotation and characteristics of patent-intensive enterprises in China are defined and analyzed.Through the analysis of statistical data and questionnaire information,they are clarified that the development status of patent-intensive enterprises in China and the status quo of intellectual property development of patent-intensive enterprises in China and their existing problems.Using the in-depth interview method,the intellectual property-related practitioners of patent-intensive enterprises will be exchanged separately and the interview information will be recorded.The rooted data of the interviews will be used to determine the influencing factors of the intellectual property capabilities of patent-intensive enterprises in China.On this basis,from the perspective of system input-system conversion-system output,it is constructed that the intellectual property capability system of patent-intensive enterprises in China,conducting in-depth research on the coupling relationship between various subsystems,and exploring the driving factors and constraints of coupling between subsystems;Finally,it proposes the path of improving the intellectual property ability of patent-intensive enterprises in China.
