Faced to the mode of Collaborative Flow Manufacturing (CFM), this thesis researches on the Operation and Control of Shop Floor Production。Firstly, this thesis expounds the theories about Collaborative Flow Manufacturing, introduces the concepts of flow manufacturing and collaborative flow manufacturing, and applies the Theory of Constraints (TOC) into flow manufacturing and collaborative flow manufacturing. The Balanced Inventory Flow Replenishment System (BIFRS) in the environment of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is introduced, and its methods of constraints-based schedule planning, buffer setting, process batches sizing and transfer batches sizing are studied. With the combination of CFM and BIFRS, the Operation and Control of Collaborative Flow Manufacturing with Balanced Logistics is presented, and its control framework is built.Secondly, this thesis researches deeply on the critical techniques of Operation and Control of Collaborative Flow Manufacturing with Balanced Logistics including planning of the flow path, identification of bottlenecks, setting of time buffer, calculating of process batch and transfer batch, collaborative kanban system between production and material supplying. Then the planning schedule of the shop floor based on TOC is formed which fills the framework of CFM on the way of the control system of Collaborative Flow Manufacturing with Balanced LogisticsFinally, the Operation and Control of Collaborative Flow Manufacturing with Balanced Logistics is applied into an electronic manufacture company in order to validate its effect. A balanced logistics production schedule fit for the company is made, then the simulation model under this scheduling is built and the planning system can be modified according to the simulation result.
